Match Estates Ltd is committed to transparency and fairness in all our dealings with clients. In accordance with UK regulations, we disclose that we may receive referral fees from certain third-party suppliers we recommend to our clients.
Referral Fees for Legal Services:

We may recommend conveyancing services from Goodlaw Solicitors and Strive Law.

In the event you choose to use either of these recommended conveyancers, Match Estates Ltd will receive a referral fee of £300 (inclusive of VAT).
Referral Fees for Financial Services:

We may recommend mortgage and financial services from PRH Mortgages and Tenet Financial Services.

The referral fee received by Match Estates Ltd for these services will range between £200 and £300. The specific amount will depend on the particular product or service chosen.
Referral Fees for Other Services:

Deposit Replacement Products: We may recommend Flatfair for deposit replacement products. If you choose to use Flatfair, Match Estates Ltd will receive a referral fee of 10% of the policy amount. For example, if the policy amount is £150, our fee would be £15.

Utility Switching Services: We may recommend Home Box Ltd for utility switching services. If a homemover uses any of their switching services, Match Estates Ltd will receive a referral fee of £50.
Your Options:
We are happy to recommend these trusted partners based on their positive track record and service quality. However, you are under no obligation to use them. You are free to choose any solicitor, financial advisor, deposit replacement provider, or utility switching service that best suits your needs.
