Dover & Deal

Both Dover & Deal are seaside towns situated on the South East Coast. Dover is famous for it's port and quick travel links to Calais via the ferry terminals. Both towns have extensive history and hold English Heritages sites, making them fantastic tourist attractions for those looking to settle in a town of heritage and culture.

Dover Marina

Dover Marina is a tranquil setting on the edge of the seafront in Dover, Kent. The marina hosts a variety of local cafes, a restaurant and bar to gauge the attention of the family. There is plenty of parking, and it's easily accessible.

Deal Pier

Deal Pier is one of the few piers across the coast that still offers the facility to go fishing. With a restaurant situated at the end and a variety of pubs/restaurants near the front, it's a great experience on a sunny day.

Dover Castle

Dover Castle is a medieval castle in Dover, Kent, England and is Grade I listed. With plenty of events taking place across the school holidays, Dover Castle is a fantastic family friendly site full of history, heritage and adventure.

Deal Castle

Deal Castle is an artillery fort constructed by Henry VIII in Deal, Kent, between 1539 and 1540. It's situated right on the beachfront and is a great afternoon activity after you've had a stroll along the beach.

Samphire Hoe

Samphire Hoe is a country park situated 2 miles west of Dover in Kent in southeast England. An excellent chance to walk alongside the White Cliffs and explore what the coast has to offer. There is also a cafe and parking onsite.

Museum Of Moving Image

The Kent Museum of the Moving Image opened in Deal, Kent in April 2018. The museum was created by David Francis, with his wife Jocelyn Marsh. Francis was one of the lead members who created the Museum of the Moving Image.
